Work Experience

I started my career journey with this company as a senior Product Development and Manufacturing Engineer in 2016. After 2 years, I got an opportunity to visit CHINA for a business trip. Basically the purpose was attend Canton Fair (Pazhou) for sourcing electrical products and equipment's. I went to CHINT again for battery factory visit (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou) for developing battery project.

I also supervised the electronics (LED, Switch, Socket) manufacturing processes, production forecasting, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner and market analysis and develop new products as per customer demand. • Analyzed all facets of production and made recommendations for improvement and lead the Solar & AC products service team.

• Worked with International Organization Global (LEAP) and Attended Efficiency for Access - GDC remote trade show on fans and TVs Program on behalf of SSREL.

• Supervised of 241 KWp mini-grid team and manage efficient integration of workflow.

• Regulated PV and generator power to match the phase, frequency, and voltage of power delivered to distribution loads and storage system (.443MWh, 1540AH, 2V Lead Acid battery)
